Fully virtual. Organized across three immersive conference intensives and two in-depth learning modules.
INTENSIVE 1: Foundation Course — 6-Day Virtual Conference. Six days of collective learning. Frameworks, models, and practices that ignite the process of change within you.
MODULE 1: Foundations of Ontological Learning — 16 Weeks Virtual Deepen your understanding and application. Live classes, personalized coaching, peer groups, digital learning guides.

Veronica Love, M.Ac., PCC, is the CEO of Newfield Network US and a master facilitator dedicated to the art of deep, ontological transformation. For over two decades, Veronica has led Newfield’s signature coach training programs across eight countries, equipping leaders at NASA, Google, Nike, and the World Bank to navigate complexity with somatic and emotional intelligence.
As a steward of the Newfield lineage, Veronica evolves the curriculum to ensure it remains the most profound “inside-out” developmental journey available today. As the creator of the advanced Applied Somatics coaching certification, she brings a unique depth of embodied wisdom to the CPPM foundation—teaching students how to coach the whole human being.
Alexander Love, M.Ac., MCC, Senior Facilitator & Faculty, is a senior facilitator and leading voice in defining the future of the coaching profession. An expert in human potential, he synthesizes ontological coaching with parts work, Eastern wisdom, and polarity work to evoke deep-seated transformation.
As a senior member of the Newfield faculty, Alexander specializes in helping students access their innate brilliance through a model of wholeness. His work bridges the gap between ancient wisdom and modern leadership, supporting a new era of coaches who are prepared to help humanity navigate the challenges of our time with presence and purpose.
