ONTOLOGY: FOUNDATIONS FOR A NEW FUTURE
Julio Olalla founded the Newfield Network in 1991 as an early pioneer of the coaching industry. His approach grew out of his studies on structural determinism by Humberto Maturana, Speech Acts by John Searle, and the philosophical explorations of Martin Heidegger and more.
Julio’s passion is in bringing new and powerful ways of learning and knowing to individuals and organizations, to produce more creative, meaningful and effective action and together with the team, has baked this into the internationally renowned curriculum that Newfield is today.
Veronica Olalla Love, his daughter, took over as CEO in 2013, bringing in decades of experience in the coaching, healing and somatic domain.
Today, Julio and Veronica work alongside a team of Newfield trained coaches to design and deliver Newfield’s promise internationally. Newfield runs programs in the USA, Chile, Peru, and Colombia. You will find Newfield grads in over 60 countries, transforming industry, coaching, and leading. Our average program has at least fifteen different countries represented. We are happy to connect you with grads from similar backgrounds. Reach out to Linda Fischer at email@example.com.
Wherever you are geographically, or in life, Newfield holds the promise of deep transformation, increased effectiveness, and a community of learning for life.
