Alumni Virtual Meet Up

As professional coaches, we have honed our skillset and abide by a Code of Ethics. Whether we coach in organizations, personal environments, or virtually, we have a responsibility to being ethical coaches who are conscious of our behavior, beliefs, state of mind, and impact on our clients.

The ICF, International Coach Federation, which oversees the standards for the coaching profession globally, has just updated the code of ethics. This virtual alumni meet up will address this new update and give us an opportunity to see how these changes impact our own coaching.

Join Carol Harris-Fike, PCC, for a dialog on the newly adopted ICF Code of Ethics on February 27th.

Coaching & The Art of Emotional Fluency with Julio Olalla

Newfield invites you to participate in “Coaching & The Art of Emotional Fluency” with Newfield Founder and President, Julio Olalla on March 18th and April 8th.

In this two-part webinar, we’ll explore how a coach’s emotional fluency allows for transformational coaching and learning.

Emotions predispose us to act in particular ways – ourselves and our clients. If we aren’t fluent and well aware of the emotional field of a coaching conversation, we miss out on huge opportunities.

How can we, as coaches utilize, our emotional understanding to better serve our clients?

Newfield Alumni Dialogues – Learning in Action

Are You Yearning for Connection?

Once we have gone through the Newfield Program we are profoundly aware of the importance of community, connection and learning in our lives. With this deep experience many of us crave to actively and continuously be part of a community. We know the power of co-inspiring each other to evolve, through presence and rich conversation. These Learning in Action (LIA) conversations are one way to nourish our collective unfolding.

These monthly alumni dialogues are the perfect place where we can show up fully and engage in a sacred environment where we reflect collectively and co-generate a beautiful shared future. In these conversations we draw upon our collective community wisdom and pave the road for co-designing a thriving alumni community.

Join us on the first and third Thursdays of every month. Information about each call and the Zoom access info can be found in our emails. If you do not receive our emails and would like to be added to the list, please email

You do not need to register for each call. You only need to register on the Learning Collective platform to access the archived libraries to listen to the recordings.
