Newfield’s March 2024 and September 2024 conferences are 100% virtual. No travel necessary.
Our time-tested curriculum will now be delivered 100% online. The virtual conferences will continue to be led by our founder and president, Julio Olalla, MCC, and CEO, Veronica Olalla Love, PCC. You will be provided with an interactive virtual experience and receive the same quality, depth, and standard of learning Newfield consistently delivers.

WILL THE VIRTUAL CONFERENCES STILL BE ACCREDITED BY THE INTERNATIONAL COACH FEDERATION (ICF)?
Yes! We are delighted to say our updated conference format remains in accordance with our ICF Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP).
WILL THERE BE ANY CHANGE IN THE COST OF THE PROGRAM?
The price of tuition remains the same. However, your overall costs will go down, as you will no longer need to pay for travel, hotel, or food expenses.
Will the structure of the program change?
Yes. You will receive the same content and curriculum, and we have updated the flow and schedule to enhance your learning process in this virtual format.
WILL THERE BE BREAKS SCHEDULED DURING THE VIRTUAL CONFERENCE?
Yes, breaks are provided for personal needs.
When will the in-person conferences return?
It is undetermined. We are following our government and state recommendations. We will continue to consistently monitor the situation and will post updates as changes become available.
How do I optimize my online learning experience?
To optimize learning for yourself and your peers, we ask that throughout the duration of the training you:
- Attend via desktop or laptop computer
- Have your video on and be visible
- Ensure you are comfortable
- Minimize any distractions during the conference session
