If you’re considering enrolling in the Certified Professional Program in Mastery (CPPM) and want to hear what the experience is actually like from people who’ve lived it, this conversation is for you.
Join Quentin Finney, Newfield’s Director of Client Engagement and program graduate himself, alongside three fellow alumni for an honest, open conversation about their Newfield journeys. They’ll share how ontological coaching has shaped the way they work, lead, and live — and they’ll answer your questions directly.

Our graduates bring Newfield’s training into their lives in many different ways: as internal coaches, independent practitioners, organizational development leaders, consultants, executive leaders, and people simply committed to living and leading differently. This is your chance to hear their stories.
This conversation is for you, so you’ll have the chance to ask our graduates anything you’re curious about—from questions about the program’s content to how they managed their time and resources to complete it, and even how they built coaching careers using their newly acquired skills.
