How can we be present to challenging emotions—both our own and those of our clients?

In this audio, Anna Chitty offers a practice that allows us to both be with an experience and give it space at the same time.

Anna Chitty has been passionate about, and directed programs in, mind, body, and healthcare since 1982. For the last 20 years, she has been a co-founder of the Colorado School of Energy Studies in Boulder Colorado and has been the director and lead teacher of the two-year Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Training program. She also teaches many other advanced trainings, including a Polarity Life Coach training and a training called Body into Being, with Dr. Raymond Castellino. She brings her skills from Somatic Experiencing, Pre and Perinatal work, Attachment and Bonding, and the Diamond Approach into all that she does. She has a private practice in Boulder.
